On a scale of 1-10, rate:
- How happy are you with your life overall?
- How satisfied are you with your current career/job?
- How joyful are your relationships?
- How comfortable are you with how much money you have?
- How good do you feel about yourself?
- How is your health?
If any of these are below a 10 - what would it take to bring it up even one point?
Are you willing to:
- Really look at your life?
- Change some of your current habits?
- Rediscover your true strengths?
- See what is blocking your success?
- Take action to create change?
If the answers to any of these is "yes!", then it is time to ask yourself if you're ready to take the next step and begin a life coaching program.
